These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to any services provided by Casa Sozzial. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms replace and override any previous terms or conditions issued by Casa Sozzial, whether written or verbal. We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will take effect once published on our website.
All services are provided on the basis that the client has reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Casa Sozzial operates in accordance with the laws of Australia, and these Terms are governed by Australian law.
1/ About This Website:
This website is operated by Casa Sozzial and is provided for general information and marketing purposes only. We may update, change, or remove content at any time without notice.
2/ Services & Enquiries:
Casa Sozzial offers creative and digital services, including but not limited to content creation, social media management, website design, wedding content creation, and related creative services. All service descriptions are indicative only and subject to confirmation.
3/ Payments:
Payment terms will be communicated prior to the commencement of any services. A retainer or deposit may be required to secure a booking or commence work.
Payment of any invoice confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Invoices must be paid by the due date stated. Late payments may result in delays to service delivery or suspension of work until payment is received.
In the event of late payment, a grace period of 7 days applies from the invoice due date.
If payment remains outstanding after this period, Casa Sozzial may apply a late payment fee of up to 15% of the outstanding invoice amount per fortnight, to cover administrative and recovery costs, until the balance is paid in full.

5/ Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of creative services, all work provided by Casa Sozzial involves the allocation of time, resources, and creative effort that is specific to each client.
For this reason, refunds are not offered for services once work has commenced. All retainers, deposits, and payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By engaging Casa Sozzial’s services, clients acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
If a project is cancelled by the client after confirmation:
Any retainer or deposit paid will be forfeited
The client may be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date
Casa Sozzial reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services where necessary. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate and resolve the matter fairly.
6/ Project Cancellation:
All creative work produced by Casa Sozzial, including concepts, designs, written content, visuals, drafts, and related materials, remains the intellectual property of Casa Sozzial until full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of final payment, ownership and usage rights to the final approved deliverables only are granted to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any unselected concepts, preliminary drafts, variations, or exploratory work remain the property of Casa Sozzial. Casa Sozzial may display such work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Casa Sozzial may share behind-the-scenes content or progress updates related to a project for marketing purposes. Full case studies or final project reveals will not be published prior to a client’s official launch, where applicable.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any creative work prior to full payment is prohibited.
7/ Intellectual Property (Creative Work):
8/ Copywriting & Content Accuracy:
Any copy, captions, or written content provided is created based on information supplied by the client or publicly available material. Casa Sozzial is not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information provided by the client.
Final responsibility for approval of content rests with the client.
9/ Disclaimer:
All services and content provided by Casa Sozzial are supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the outcomes, performance, or suitability of our services for any particular purpose.
Casa Sozzial is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of our services or reliance on any content provided, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Where materials, platforms, suppliers, or third-party services are recommended or utilised, Casa Sozzial is not responsible for their performance, quality, availability, or failure.
To the extent permitted by law, any liability of Casa Sozzial is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.
Casa Sozzial may engage subcontractors or third-party providers to deliver services. Any such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers, and Casa Sozzial will not knowingly act in breach of those terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
10/ Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to Australian jurisdiction.
